I didn’t grow up going to Disney World. To be honest, I used to roll my eyes at the idea that Walt Disney World was a “magical place”. I am a serious person, I told myself. I value reality, not fantasy.
But when my husband suggested we do the “once in a life-time Disney trip” while the kids were still young, I fell down the rabbit hole. I spent months researching Disney World, following websites and podcasts and comparing resorts and ticket prices. It was overwhelming. My friends tried to help but they offered conflicting advice. And it was just *too much*.
I took all of that research and set it aside one day and determined that my goal was not to do everything at Disney. My goal was that we truly enjoy our time there and connect with each other. We built our vacation plans with this priority in mind. And the trip was amazing. And that “once in a life-time Disney trip” became an annual tradition.
It also became a healthy obsession. Friends started to turn to me for advice, asking me to help them plan their vacations. Because they were overwhelmed. There are so many decisions to make, so many details to pay attention to, and so many factors that go into a vacation to Walt Disney World. If you don’t have the time or haven’t identified your travel goals, it makes the process even more stressful. I’d love to work with you to design a vacation that is stress-free and that suits your family.
